Where is the office of PT. Scensory Innovation Lab located?

We are proudly based in Bali, Indonesia. Our brand-new, state-of-the-art office and sensory experience center is currently undergoing final renovations and will be fully ready to welcome you in July 2026!

In the meantime, our laboratory operations, formulation developments, and manufacturing pipelines are fully active. We are completely available for virtual consultations and digital onboarding to get your project started immediately.

Is BPOM Registration mandatory to sell cosmetic and personal care products in Indonesia?

Yes, it is strictly mandatory. Under Indonesian law, any cosmetic or personal care product distributed, sold, or marketed commercially must hold an official distribution license number from BPOM (The National Agency of Drug and Food Control) to guarantee consumer safety.

Step 3: Final Price Locking: Your exact final price is locked in and confirmed only after you have officially approved the laboratory sample and finalized your definitive packaging components. This guarantees full financial transparency with absolutely no hidden fees before mass production begins.
